焊偏对埋弧焊管焊缝宏观力学性能的影响

摘  要:油气输送用埋弧焊管的焊缝由内焊道焊缝及外焊道焊缝分两次焊接组成,在这种焊接方式及焊接工况条件下批量生产的焊管,内外焊道的焊偏(APl STD 5T1-2017内焊道和外焊道与焊接侧边接合界中心点在径向偏离)无法完全避免;文中通过在正常钢管生产的同等工况条件下人为制造预设焊偏量的焊接试板,按照API 5L 46版标准,对试板进行焊缝拉伸、焊缝冲击、焊缝导向弯曲等试验,分析埋弧焊管-缝焊偏对焊缝宏观力学性能的影响。结果表明,在确保内外焊道充分焊透(熔合)的前提下,焊偏量在1.7~4.8 mm范围内,焊缝的宏观力学性能可以完全满足标准要求。The weld of submerged arc welded pipe for oil and gas transportation consisted of inner weld and outer weld.It was composed of two welding steps.Under this welding mode and welding conditions,the welded pipe was produced in batch.The welding deviation of internal and external weld passes(APL STD 5T1-2017 inner and outer weld bead and welding side joint center point in radial direction)could not be completely avoided.In this paper,under the same working conditions of normal steel pipe production,the welding test plate with preset welding deviation was manufactured.According to API 5L 46 edition standard,the weld tensile test,weld impact test and weld guided bending test were carried out on the test plate to analyze the influence of SAW pipe weld welding deviation on the weld macro mechanical properties.The experimental results showed that on the premise of ensuring full penetration(fusion)of internal and external weld passes,the center offset of weld was in the range from 1.7 mm to 4.8 mm.The macro mechanical properties of the weld could fully meet the requirements of the standard.
