摘 要:针对桩管锁扣MAG焊接时存在的焊接效率较低且焊接变形较大等问题,文中采用冷丝预置MAG焊接技术,以MAG焊接电弧为主热源,通过预置冷丝大幅吸收焊接热量,从而实现了降低热输入和提升熔敷效率的双重目标,在桩管锁扣的工程应用中不仅生产效率成倍提高,而且降低了焊接应力产生的变形量,取得了良好的工程应用效果。To solve the issues of low welding efficiency and large welding deformation in MAG welding of pile pipe clutches,welding technology of cold wire presetting manufacturing was adopted,in which MAG welding arc was used as main heat source,through presetting the cold wire to absorb welding heat significantly,to realize the lower heat input and improve the deposition efficiency.During the engineering application of pile pipe clutch welding,the production efficiency was greatly improved and the deformation caused by welding stress was reduced.Engineering application was effective.
