摘 要:面对边界日益扩张和地区关系日益复杂的水资源问题,科学识别水资源效率在不同地区之间的传导关系并揭示其空间联动结构,是实现区域水资源可持续利用的前提。本文基于2001—2017年中国30个省级样本区域的相关数据,采用基于非期望产出的SBM模型测算出环境约束下中国省际水资源效率,然后在向量自回归模型框架下对省际水资源效率的动态交互影响效应和空间关联关系进行有效识别,最终运用社会网络分析方法实证考察了中国省际水资源效率的空间关联网络结构特征及其影响因素。结果表明:①中国省际水资源效率呈现出显著的、复杂的空间关联网络结构,一个地区的水资源效率水平不仅与其自身相关,而且受到其他地区以及它们构成的空间关联网络的影响;②重庆、上海和广东等省份具有较高的度数中心度、中介中心度和接近中心度,在网络中处于核心地位,发挥重要的中介和桥梁作用;③上海、广东和重庆等7省份属于净溢出板块,北京、江苏和湖北等7省份属于双向溢出板块,河北、安徽和江西等11省份属于经纪人板块,内蒙古、广西和甘肃等5省份属于净受益板块;④经济发展水平、技术创新水平、对外开放程度和信息化水平是水资源效率空间关联网络演变的重要影响因素,区域间经济、信息交流和对外开放程度的进一步加深都有利于中国省际水资源效率空间关联网络的形成与演化。因此,在制定水资源管理政策时,应加快构建水资源效率跨区域协同提升机制,并将其融入区域发展战略之中,以实现区域水资源效率的全面提升。Facing the water resource problems resulting from expanding borders and increasingly complex regional relations,scientifically recognizing the conduction of water resource efficiency and its linkage structure has become a prerequisite for achieving sustainable development of regional water resources.Based on the interprovincial panel data from 2001 to 2017,this study used the SBM model considering undesirable output to measure the water resource efficiency of 30 provinces in China and adopted the VAR Granger causality test method to identify the spatial association of water resource efficiency.Finally,the characteristics of the spatial correlation network and its determinants of interprovincial water resource efficiency in China were revealed with the social network analysis method(SNA).The results showed that:①Interprovincial water resource efficiency presented a significant and complex spatial association network structure characteristic.The level of water efficiency in a region was not only related to itself,but also affected by other regions and the spatial association network.②Chongqing,Shanghai and Guangdong were located in the center of the network with high degree,betweenness centrality and closeness centrality,playing an important role of intermediary and bridge.③In the blocks of the spatial network of water resource efficiency,Shanghai,Guangdong,Chongqing and seven other provinces belonged to the net spillover block;Beijing,Jiangsu,Hubei and seven other provinces belonged to the two-way spillover block;Hebei,Anhui,Jiangxi and eleven other provinces belonged to the brokerage block.Inner Mongolia,Guangxi,Gansu and five other provinces belonged to the net beneficial block.④The spatial relations between economic development level,technological innovation level,and the degrees of opening-up and informatization were significantly correlated with the spatial network of water resource efficiency.Close economic linkage was beneficial to the formation and evolution of spatial correlation network of water
