摘  要:通过调整液料比和纯化时间,测定洗涤后PES树脂中环丁砜和钠盐的残留量,研究了间歇搅拌釜和连续逆流洗涤机两种装置的纯化效果,并且在连续逆流洗涤机中研究了超声波对洗涤效果的提升作用。结果表明,在相同的工艺条件下,连续逆流洗涤机的纯化效果明显优于间歇搅拌釜,利用超声波可显著提高纯化效果。连续逆流洗涤工艺具有操作时间短,可以连续运行等优点,对在工业生产中实现节能降耗具有重要意义。By adjusting the ratio of liquid to material and purification time,the purification effect of two apparatus,intermittent stirred tank and continuous countercurrent washing machine,were studied,by measuring the residues of sulfoxide and sodium salts in PES resin after washing,and the effect of ultrasonic on the purification effect was studied in the continuous countercurrent washing machine.The results showed that the purification effect of the continuous countercurrent washing machine was significantly better than that of the intermittent stirred tank under the same process conditions,and ultrasonic can significantly improve the purification effect.The continuous countercurrent washing process had the advantages of short operation time and continuous operation,which was of great significance to realize energy saving and consumption reduction in industrial production.
