摘  要:本文将石墨烯(GNP),微纳米二氧化硅(SiO2)协效阻燃磷氮系膨胀型阻燃剂聚磷酸铵(APP),制备了乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯(EVA)共聚物复合材料,对比了不同含量GNP、SiO2对复合材料体系氧指数、垂直燃烧、热释放速率的影响。结果表明:GNP及SiO2均有协效阻燃作用,采用APP配合2phr添加的GNP,可以使复合材料氧指数≥30,垂直燃烧V0级,并可一定程度降低热释放总量;采用APP配合4phr添加的SiO2,可以使复合材料氧指数≥31,垂直燃烧V0级,并可显著降低热释放速率的峰值(PHRR),提升成炭效果,综合阻燃性能较佳。In this paper,graphene(GNP),micro-nano silica(SiO2)synergistic flame-retardant phosphorus-nitrogen-based intumescent flame retardant ammonium polyphosphate(APP)was used to prepare an ethylene-vinyl acetate(EVA)copolymer composite material.The effects of different contents of GNP and SiO2 on the oxygen index,vertical combustion and heat release rate of the composite system were compared.The results show that both GNP and SiO2 have synergistic flame retardant effects.The use of APP and 2phr of GNP can make the composite material oxygen index≥30,vertical combustion V0 level,and reduce the total heat release to a certain extent;The use of APP and 4phr of SiO2 can make the composite material oxygen index≥31,vertical combustion V0 level,and can significantly reduce the peak heat release rate(PHRR),improve the charcoal effect,and have better comprehensive flame retardant performance.
