摘　　要：本文以女排精神为抓手,阐述了女排精神融入青少年偶像崇拜与榜样教育的必要性、重要性及可行性。时代的进步需要偶像榜样的引领,女排精神应在青少年榜样教育中发挥价值,使之成为青少年偶像崇拜的载体。Based on the spirit of the women’s volleyball team,this paper expounds the necessity,importance and feasibility of the spirit of the women’s volleyball team integrating into the youth idol worship and model education.The progress of Times needs the guidance of idols and role models.The spirit of women’s volleyball should play a valuable role in the model education of young people and become the carrier of youth idol worship.
