摘 要:目的:设计一种基于人体传感器网络的安全物联网(IoT)医疗保健系统,以保证患者的隐私不受威胁。方法:采用轻量级匿名身份验证协议确认本地处理器单元的身份,在基于人体传感器网络的安全物联网医疗系统设计中,使用一组微型电源和轻便的无线传感器节点监测患者的健康状况。结果:每个传感器节点都集成了心电图、肌电图、脑电图及血压等传感器,传感器收集生理参数,并将其转发给本地处理单元的协调器。为了满足网络安全的所有要求,提出了一种轻量级匿名身份验证协议。结论:采用偏移码本(OCB)认证加密模式可以有效的满足基于人体传感器网络的医疗系统的各种安全需求,为IoT在医疗保健领域的开发与应用提供借鉴。Objective:To design one kind of medical care system of Internet of things(IoT)of security based on human body sensor network so as to ensure the privacies of patients didn’t be threatened.Methods:A lightweight anonymous authentication protocol was adopted to confirm the identity of the local processor unit.In the design of IoTs medical system of security based on the human sensor network,a set of miniature power sources and portable wireless sensor nodes were used to monitor the health status of patients.Results:Each sensor node was integrated in electrocardiogram(ECG),electromyography(EMG),electroencephalogram(EEG),blood pressure and other biosensors.The sensors collected physiological parameters and transmitted them to the coordinator of local processing unit.In order to meet all the requirements of network security,a lightweight anonymous authentication protocol was proposed.Conclusion:The adopted offset codebook(OCB)authentication encryption mode can effectively meet the various security requirements of the medical system based on human sensor network.And it can provide a reference for the development and application of the IoTs in the field of medical care.
