摘 要:目的探究跟骨板与同种异体骨植骨联合治疗跟骨骨折的临床效果。方法选取2015年2月至2019年8月本院接收的50例跟骨骨折患者为研究对象,依照治疗方式分成两组,每组25例。跟骨组行跟骨钛板内固定术治疗,联合组行跟骨钛板内固定术+同种异体骨植骨治疗。分析比较两组足部功能、骨折愈合时间、临床疗效及术后并发症情况。结果联合组术后3、6个月的Maryland足部功能评分均高于跟骨组,骨折愈合时间短于跟骨组(P<0.05);联合组治疗优良率为96.00%,优于跟骨组的72.00%(P<0.05);联合组术后并发症发生率为4.00%,低于跟骨组的24.00%(P<0.05)。结论采用跟骨板与同种异体骨植骨联合治疗跟骨骨折效果显著,可缩短患者跟骨骨折愈合时间,促进足部功能的恢复,减少术后并发症的发生,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the clinical effect of calcaneal plate combined with allograft bone in the treatment of calcaneal fractures.Methods 50 patients with calcaneal fractures admitted to our hospital from February 2015 to August 2019 were selected as study subjects.According to the treatment method,they were divided into two groups,with 25 cases in each group.Calcaneal plate internal fixation was performed in the calcaneal group,and titanium plate internal fixation plus allograft was performed in the combined group.The foot function,fracture healing time,clinical efficacy and postoperative complications between the two groups were analyzed and compared.Results Foot function scores of the combined group at 3 and 6 months after surgery were higher than those of the calcaneal group,and fracture healing time was shorter than that of the calcaneus group(P<0.05).The rate of excellent and good treatment in the combined group was 96.00%,which was superior to 72.00%in the calcaneal group(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the combined group was 4.00%,which was lower than the 24.00%in the calcaneal group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of calcaneal plate and allograft in the treatment of calcaneal fracture is effective,can shorten the healing time of calcaneal fracture,promote the recovery of foot function,and reduce the occurrence of postoperative complications,which is worthy of clinical application.
