摘　　要：目的探究CT扫描联合磁共振成像技术(MRI)在原发性肝癌(PLC)诊断及介入治疗术后疗效评价中的应用效果。方法回顾性分析2018年1月至2019年5月本院收治的80例PLC患者的临床资料,对比分析MRI、CT、CT联合MRI对PLC的诊断结果及介入治疗术后的疗效评价结果。结果CT、MRI联合诊断PLC的特异度与MRI诊断结果比较差异无统计学意义;CT、MRI联合诊断PLC的灵敏度及诊断准确率均高于MRI诊断;CT、MRI联合诊断与MRI诊断PLC的特异度、灵敏度及诊断准确率均高于CT诊断(P<0.05);CT、MRI联合诊断PLC介入治疗术后的疗效评价结果均优于MRI、CT诊断,且MRI优于CT诊断(P<0.05)。结论CT扫描、MRI联合检查在PLC诊断中具有较高的诊断符合率及灵敏度,且对PLC介入手术后的疗效评价也较准确,能为临床治疗提供准确、可靠的数据资料,值得推广应用。Objective To explore the application effect of CT scan combined with magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)in diagnosis of primary liver cancer(PLC)and evaluation of postoperative efficacy after interventional therapy.Methods The clinical data of 80 PLC patients admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to May 2019 were retrospectively analyzed and compare and analyze the diagnostic results of MRI,CT and CT combined with MRI on PLC and the evaluation results of curative effect after interventional therapy.Results The specificity of combined CT and MRI in diagnosis of PLC is not statistically significant compared with the results of MRI diagnosis.The sensitivity and accuracy of the combined diagnostic of PLC by CT and MRI were higher than that of MRI.The specificity,sensitivity and diagnostic accuracy of CT and MRI combined diagnosis and MRI diagnosis of PLC were higher than that of CT diagnosis(P<0.05).CT and MRI combined diagnosis of PLC interventional therapy have better curative effect evaluation results than MRI and CT diagnosis,and MRI is better than CT diagnosis(P<0.05).Conclusion CT scan combined with MRI examination have high diagnostic coincidence rate and sensitivity in PLC diagnosis,and the evaluation of the curative effect after PLC interventional surgery is also relatively accurate.It can provide accurate and reliable data for clinical practice,and is worthy of popularization and application.
