针刺治疗小儿脑瘫流涎症的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探究针刺风府、哑门、“口四针”治疗脑瘫患儿流涎症的临床疗效。方法选取2018年1月至2019年12月本院收治的小儿脑瘫伴流涎患儿36例为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组,每组18例。对照组采用高压氧、鼠神经生长因子及头针与体针治疗,治疗组在上述治疗基础上,给予针刺风府、哑门、“口四针”治疗。比较两组临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率(61.11%)明显高于对照组(22.22%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针刺风府、哑门、“口四针”可有效改善小儿脑瘫流涎症,应用效果确切。Objective To study the therapeutic effects of acupuncture at Fengfu(GV 16),Yamen(GV 15)and"Four perioral points"on salivation in children with cerebral palsy.Methods From January 2018 to December 2019,36 childrens with cerebral palsy in our hospital were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into the control group and the treatment group by random number table method,with 18 cases in each group.The control group was treated with hyperbaric oxygen,mouse nerve growth factor and scalp needle,body needle treatment.The treatment group through the above treatment at the same time,received acupuncture at Fengfu,Yamen,"Four perioral points"treatment.Compared the clinical efficacy of the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group(61.11%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(22.22%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of acupuncture at Fengfu,Yamen and"Four perioral points"can effectively improve the salivation symptoms of infantile cerebral palsy.
