肺部超声在慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者肺部体疗中的应用分析

摘　　要：目的探讨肺部超声在慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者肺部体疗中的应用效果。方法选取2019年1月至2019年12月本院收治的100例慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为两组,每组50例。观察组在肺部超声下行肺部体疗方案,比对组行常规肺部体疗方案,比较两组动脉血气值及肺功能指标差异。结果观察组动脉血气分析指标pH、PaCO2、HCO3^-均低于比对组,PaO2、SaO2高于比对组,其中PaO2、PaCO2、HCO3^-、SaO2差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组肺功能指标FEV1%、RV/TLC、FEV1/FVC、PEF均优于比对组(P<0.05)。结论在肺部超声指导下实施肺部体疗治疗慢性阻塞性疾病患者疗效显著,可辅助护理人员科学合理完成护理工作,提高排痰有效率,值得临床应用推广。Objective To explore the effect of lung clearing ultrasound in lung physical therapy for patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods 100 cases of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and who treated in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2019 were selected as the research subjects,and the patients were divided into two groups by the random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The observation group received pulmonary physical therapy program under pulmonary ultrasound,and the control group received routine lung physical therapy.Then,the arterial blood gas values and pulmonary function indexes were compared between the two groups.Results The pH,Pa-CO2 and HCO3^- in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the PaO2 and SaO2 were higher than those in the control group,and the difference of PaO2,PaCO2,HCO3 and-SaO2 was statistically significant(P<0.05);the FEV1%,RV/TLC,FEV1/FVC and PEF in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of pulmonary physical therapy under the guidance of pulmonary ultrasound is effective in treatment of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,which can assist nursing staff to complete nursing work scientifically and rationally,improve the efficiency of expectoration,it is worth applying and promoting in the clinical.
