摘　　要：探究老旧社区适老化过程中存在的问题,分析解决的对策。综合考虑老旧社区的社会影响价值,以此为基础,用设计的思维角度,提出老旧社区适老化环境改造设计可行的办法,解决旧社区不够"适老性"、生态环境设计单一、改造不彻底、养老设施不完善等问题。将"适老化"的概念融入到老旧社区改造中,产生"新"的面貌,为既有老旧社区适老化环境改造设计提供一定的参考价值。This paper explores the problems in the process of optimal aging in old community,and analyzes the countermeasures.Based on the comprehensive consideration of the social impact value of the old community,this paper puts forward feasible methods for the design of environmental modification for optimal aging in old community from the perspective of design to solve the problems,such as insufficient"aging suitability",monotonous ecological environment design,incomplete renovation and imperfect facilities for the elders.The concept of"optimal aging"is integrated into the modification of old communities to produce a"new"appearance,which provides certain reference value for the modification design of optimal aging environment in existing old communities.
