摘　　要：随着我国经济的高速发展,人们的环保意识越来越强,因此,绿色建筑在我国政治、经济、生活中的地位越来越突出和重要,俨然成为公众生活中不可或缺的重要构成部分。论文主要对建筑信息模型(BIM)技术的主要特点进行了分析,并且提出了BIM技术在建筑节能设计评估中运用的方法,希望为我国对基于BIM的绿色建筑预评估体系的研究提供一些参考与帮助。With the rapid development of China's economy,people's awareness of environmental protection is becoming stronger and stronger.Therefore,the status of green building in China's politics,economy and life is becoming more and more prominent and important,and it seems to become an integral and important part of public life.This paper mainly analyzes the main characteristics of building information model(BIM)technology,and puts forward the application methods of BIM technology in building energy efficiency design evaluation,hoping to provide some reference and help for the research on pre-evaluation system of green building based on BIM in China.
