摘 要:为充分发挥梳棉机刺辊金属针布对筵棉的开松、梳理效果,通过构建梳棉机刺辊金属针布针齿分梳的力学模型,分析刺辊齿条工作角α与临界喂给纤维层厚度的关系,提出实际生产时筵棉厚度应小于该临界厚度的观点。利用针齿握持纤维束的控制点移距理论,全面剖析刺辊金属针布针齿对纤维层的分梳机理,揭示纤维层的分梳效果受纤维长度、线密度、牵伸倍数、齿条齿距p和齿条包卷导程g等因素影响。In order to give full play to the opening and carding effect of taker-in MCC of carding machine,by establishing the carding mechanical model of the tooth of taker-in MCC of carding machine,the relationship between the working angleαof taker-in rack and the critical thickness of feeding fiber layer is analyzed.The view that the thickness of sheet cotton should be less than the critical thickness is put forward.Based on the uiew that the shifting distance theory of control point of the tooth of the card clothing holding fiber bundles,the carding mechanism of the tooth of the card clothing of taker-in on fiber layer is comprehensively analyzed,and that the carding effect of fiber layers is affected by fiber length,linear density,draft multiple,rack pitch p and rack wrapping lead g is revealed.
