摘　　要：为降低用户生产成本、提高转杯纺成纱质量,介绍转杯、假捻盘的作用,试验分析使用∅34T型、∅33Tr型转杯配合R 7假捻盘纺24.3 tex,18.2 tex纱的成纱质量。结果表明:∅34T型转杯纺成纱条干CV值优于∅33Tr型转杯,纱线强力低于∅33Tr型转杯;∅33Tr型转杯适纺强力高的细号纱,∅34T型转杯适纺线密度高、条干好、毛羽少的机织纱;使用国产假捻盘与进口假捻盘其纱线条干CV值差异不大,国产假捻盘粗节、细节及棉结略差于进口假捻盘;国产假捻盘具有更高的性价比。In order to reduce the production costs of users and improve the yarn quality of rotor spinning,the functions of rotor and false twister navel are introduced,the yarn quality of 24.3 tex and 18.2 tex yarn which is spun with rotor∅34T,rotor∅33Tr and false twister navel R 7 is tested and analyzed.The results show that the yarn evenness CV value of rotor∅34T is better than that of rotor∅33Tr,and the yarn strength is lower than that of rotor∅33Tr.The rotor∅33Tr is suitable for spinning fine count yarn with high strength,and the rotor∅34T is suitable for spinning woven yarn with high linear density,good evenness and less hairiness.The difference of yarn evenness CV between domestic and imported false twister navel is not obvious,and the domestic false twister navel is slightly worse than that of the imported one in slubs,fine ends and neps,and the domestic false twister navel has higher cost performance.
