新型细纱加长上销的应用探讨

摘　　要：为解决棉纺环锭细纱机应用加长上销生产过程中冒硬头、断头增加的问题,介绍加长上销改善成纱条干质量的机理,以C 18.2 tex,C 27.8 tex,C 27.8 tex赛络纺和C 27.8 tex专纺品种为例进行跟踪试纺,并对优化调整上销类型、钳口隔距、后区牵伸倍数前后的成纱质量指标进行对比分析。试纺表明:应用加长上销可改善成纱条干CV值、细节、粗节和棉结,而摇架刻度(前×中)须做相应调整;解决冒硬头问题,可尝试加大细纱钳口隔距块和细纱后区牵伸倍数、增大后区罗拉隔距、降低粗纱捻度、加大加压摇架压力的措施,再根据试纺结果确定;加大钳口隔距影响了成纱质量并不可取,增大后区牵伸倍数后的成纱质量虽稍有恶化、但仍能保持较好水平;生产C 27.8 tex专纺品种时应用加长上销,摇架刻度(前×中)为-4×49、后区牵伸倍数为1.29、钳口隔距为3.5 mm,比老式上销的成纱条干CV值改善0.58个百分点,千米细节、粗节和棉结分别减少1个、86个和34个;推广应用加长上销,须兼顾质量指标和可纺性,经优化调整试纺后分阶段逐步推广。In order to solve the problem of crackers and broken ends increasing in the production process of cotton ring spinning frame with extended top cradle,the mechanism of the extended top cradle to improve yarn evenness is introduced.Taking the varieties of C 18.2 tex,C 27.8 tex,C 27.8 tex siro-spinning and C 27.8 tex special-spinning as examples to carry out tracking trial spinning,the yarn quality indexes before and after the optimization and adjustment of the top cradle type,nip gauge and back-zone drafting multiple are compared and analyzed.The test shows that the evenness CV value,fine ends,slubs and neps of yarn can be improved by using extended top cradle,but the scale of cradle(front×middle)should be adjusted accordingly.To solve the problem of crackers,we can try to increase the spinning nip gauge block,back-zone drafting multiple and the gauge of back zone roller,reduce the roving twist and increase the pressure of pressure cradle,then according to the trial spinning results to determine.It is not advisable to increase the nip gauge which can affect the yarn quality,but the yarn quality can be maintained at a good level even though the yarn quality is slightly deteriorated after increasing the back-zone drafting multiple.In the production of C 27.8 tex special spinning variety,the extended top cradle should be used,and the scale of cradle(front×middle)is-4×49,the backzone drafting multiple is 1.29,and the nip gauge is 3.5 mm.Compared with the old top cradle,the yarn quality of evenness CV value is improved by 0.58 percentage point,and the fine ends,slubs and neps are reduced by 1 per kilometer,86 per kilometers and 34 per kilometers respectively.The popularization and application of extended top cradle must take into account the quality indexes and spinnability,after optimization adjustment and trial spinning,it is gradually popularized in stages.
