浅谈提高细纱工序纺纱质量

摘　　要：为了不断稳定并提高细纱工序纺纱质量,分析棉纺环锭细纱机维修管理与包机管理的必要性;从优化工艺设计、优选纺纱器材、加强运转操作及温湿度控制方面探讨提高细纱质量的途径。指出:在细纱工序实际生产管理中,应根据原料性能、纺纱品种及成纱质量要求,做好精细化管理;做好细纱机台维护管理,保证设备状态良好;不断优化纺纱工艺,优选胶辊、胶圈、钢领、钢丝圈等纺纱器材;加强值车工的运转操作、机台清洁、技能培训,以及合理控制车间温湿度等。To continually stabilize and improve the spinning quality in spinning process,the necessity of maintenance managemeng and special machine management of ring spinning frame are analyzed,and the ways to improve the quality of spinning yarn from the aspects of optimizing process design,optimizing textile accessories,strengthening operation and temperature and humidity control are discussed.It is pointed out that in the actual production management of spinning process,the fine management should be well done according to the performance of raw materials,spinning varieties and yarn quality requirements;the maintain management of spinning should be done well so as to ensure the equipments are in good condition.The spinning process and the spinning accessories such as cots,aprons,rings and travelers should be optimized continually,the workers’running operation,machine cleaning and skill training,and reasonable control the temperature and humidity of the workshop should be strengthened.
