摘　　要：为了有效控制A1级纱疵,确保织物质量和风格,详细介绍A1级纱疵的概念、重要性及形状,通过观察纱疵黑板图分析引起A1级纱疵的原因,从原料、梳棉、前纺工序及细纱工序剖析偶发性短粗节纱疵产生的原因;用实例分析A1级纱疵产生的原因、机理以及解决A1级纱疵过多的思路,提出解决A1级纱疵的主要措施;从纺纱种类、型式、号数、清花流程、是否采用半精梳方式、针布锐度等方面阐述影响A1级纱疵水平的因素,重点分析针布锐度对A1级纱疵的影响,提出其产生的主要机理及解决措施。表明:A1级纱疵决定布面的质量和风格,是留在布面上最大的纱疵;梳棉针布锐度对A1级纱疵影响非常大,应及时更换针布,避免针布无锐度引起质量灾难;解决A1级纱疵问题的主要措施为:优选原料,确保各工艺措施得当,器材专件周期管理,控制短绒,充分利用A1级纱疵黑板分析法,及时调整车间温湿度,合理管理吸风箱及滤尘设备等。In order to effectively control A1 yarn defects and ensure fabric quality and style,theconcept,importance and shape of A1 yarn defects are introduced in detail,the causes of A1 yarn defects are analyzed by observing the blackboard diagram of yarn defects.The causes of accidental short slubs are analyzed from raw materials,carding process,fore-spinning process and spinning process.The causes and mechanism of A1 yarn defects and the solution ideas of too many A1 yarn defects are analyzed with examples,and the main measures to solve A1 yarn defects are put forward.The factors influencing the level of A1 yarn defects are discussed from the aspects of spinning varieties,spinning mode,count,clearing process,semi-combed or not,and card clothing sharpness.The influence of card clothing sharpness on A1 yarn defects are mainly analyzed,and the main mechanism and solution measures are put forward.The results show that the quality and style of fabric surface are determined by A1 yarn defects,which is the biggest yarn defect on the fabric surface.The sharpness of card clothing has a great influence on A1 yarn defects,so the card clothing should be replaced in time to avoid the quality problems caused by card clothing without sharpness.The main measures to solve the A1 yarn defects are as follows:optimizing raw materials,ensuring appropriate process measures,cycle management on accessories and special parts,control short fibers,making full use of blackboard analysis method of A1 yarn defects,timely adjusting the temperature and humidity of workshop,and re-asonably manageing suction box and dust filtration device.
