摘　　要：为了适应纺织多品种原料混纺及市场需求、需要多品种发展梳理机械的现状,综合阐述梳理机械的结构型式、分类与应用范围,传动与控制方式以及组合式系列化设计的特点,分析梳理机械的发展趋势,探讨配套梳理器材的分类、发展现状及未来发展趋势。指出:梳理机械正向组合式、多功能交叉,宽幅高产,高速优质,绿色安全、环保人性化,以及自动化、智能化等方向发展;梳理器材发展的关键是结合整机进行结构创新和工艺创新;梳理机械及其配套器材的发展是根据市场需求及其变化而持续创新的,无论是完全创新还是组合创新,其发展空间和市场前景广阔。In order to meet the needs of textile multi-variety raw materials blending and the market demand,and the current situation of developing carding machinery with multi-varieties,the structural form,classification and application scope,transmission and control mode and the characteristics of combined series design of the carding machinery are comprehensively described.The development trend of the carding machinery is analyzed,and the classification,development status and future development trend of the matching carding accessories are discussed.It is pointed out that the carding machinery is developing in the direction of combination,multi-function interleaving,wide-range and high-yield,high-speed and high-quality,green and security,environmental protection and humanization,as well as automation and intelligence.The key to the development of carding accessories is to carry out the structural innovation and process innovation combined with the whole machine.The development of the carding machinery and the matching carding accessories are continuous innovation according to the market demand and its changes,and whether it is complete innovation or combination innovation,its development space and market prospects are broad.
