摘　　要：为了提升管理水平、降低系统成本、提高产能和效益,介绍开展精益TPM管理能重点解决的问题;详述在喷气织机上推行精益TPM管理时自主保全、专业保全、个别改善、教育训练四个推行小组活动的实践,提出精益TPM管理实施要点。指出:推行喷气织机精益TPM管理使其故障停台时间大幅减少,设备故障率、机物料费用大幅降低;企业应根据实际情况采取对应的实施措施,领导需高度重视并参与其中,与日常工作紧密融合并持续做好培训。In order to improve the management level,reduce the system costs and improve production capacity and efficiency,the key problems that can be solved by carrying out the lean TPM management are introduced.The practice of four group activities of autonomous maintenance,professional maintenance,individual improvement,education and training when the lean TPM management is implemented on air-jet loom is described in detail.The key points of the implementation of lean TPM management are proposed.It is pointed out that the implementation of lean TPM management on air-jet loom can greatly reduce the shutdown time of fault,the rate of equipment failure and the cost of machineand materials.Enterprises should take corresponding measures according to the actual situation,and leaders should attach great importance to and participate in it,integrate with daily work closely and continue to do a good job in training.
