摘  要:目的分析无错性学习模式对创伤性脑损伤认知功能障碍患者的脑功能恢复作用。方法选取2017年7月至2019年9月收治的79例创伤性脑损伤所致认知功能障碍患者,根据患者家属意愿将其分为研究组(n=40)和对照组(n=39)。对照组实施常规康复模式,研究组实施无措施性学习模式,对比两组患者接受不同康复模式后认知功能、记忆功能改善效果。结果研究组记忆功能和认知功能总评分分别为(69.67±5.29)分、(89.67±8.06)分,对照组分别为(51.23±3.64)分、(67.94±6.27)分,两组比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论患者创伤性所致染指功能障碍患者应用无错性学习模式,可有效促进和修复记忆功能,增强各个区域脑代偿的认知功能,具有临床推广和应用价值。Objective To analyze the effect of error-free learning mode on the recovery of brain function in patients with cognitive impairment after traumatic brain injury.Methods Seventy-nine patients with cognitive impairment caused by traumatic brain injury treated at our hospital were divided into a study group(n=40)and a control group(n=39)according to the wishes of their families.The control group was treated with routine rehabilitation mode,and the study group error-free learning mode.The cognitive function and memory function of the two groups were compared after receiving different rehabilitation modes.Results The total scores of memory function and cognitive function in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group[(69.67±5.29)vs.(51.23±3.64)and(89.67±8.06)vs.(67.94±6.27);both P<0.05].Conclusion The application of error-free learning mode in patients with traumatic finger dysfunction can effectively promote and repair their memory function and enhance the cognitive function of brain compensation in various regions,so it worth being clinically generalized.
