摘　　要：目的探讨甲状腺功能亢进症患者放射性131碘治疗的临床疗效与并发症发生情况。方法选取2015年2月至2019年2月本院收治的甲状腺功能亢进症患者90例,随机分为两组,对照组应用抗甲状腺药物治疗,研究组应用放射性131碘治疗。结果研究组患者的临床总有效率为95.6%(43/45),明显高于对照组的73.3%(33/45)(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组患者的甲状腺功能减退症发生率为11.1%(5/45),略低于对照组的22.2%(10/45),但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组患者的复发率为2.2%(1/45),明显低于对照组20.0%(9/45)(P<0.05)。研究组患者出现肝功能损害及白细胞减少的发生率为4.4%(2/45),明显低于对照组的33.3%(15/45)(P<0.05)。结论在治疗甲状腺功能亢进症患者的过程中,应用放射性131碘治疗甲状腺功能亢进症,具有显著的临床治疗效果,复发率低,患者的预后情况良好,同时能够极大程度地减轻患者的痛苦,值得在临床上应用推广。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and complications of radioactive 131 iodine therapy in patients with hyperthyroidism.Methods A total of 90 patients with hyperthyroidism admitted to our hospital from February 2015 to February 2019 were randomly divided into two groups,the control group was treated with antithyroid drugs,and the study group was treated with radioactive 131 iodine.Results The clinical total effective rate of the study group was 95.6%(43/45),which was significantly higher than that of the control group[73.3%(33/45)](P<0.05).After treatment,the incidence of hypothyroidism in the study group was 11.1%(5/45),lightly lower than that in the control group[22.2%(10/45)](P>0.05).The recurrence rate in the study group[2.2%(1/45)]was significantly lower than that in the control group[20.0%(9/45)](P<0.05).The incidence of liver damage and leukopenia in the study group was 4.4%(2/45),significantly lower than that in the control group[33.3%(15/45)](P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of patients with hyperthyroidism,the application of radioactive 131 iodine has a significant clinical therapeutic effect,a low recurrence rate,good prognosis,which can greatly reduce the pain of patients,worthy of clinical application and promotion.
