摘 要:目的观察重症肺部感染患者应用ICU早期肺康复方案的护理效果。方法选取2018年3月至2019年4月入住本院ICU的重症肺部感染患者80例,依据患者入院先后顺序分为两组,各40例。对照组采用ICU常规护理,观察组采用ICU早期肺康复方案;比较两组患者机械通气时间、ICU入住时间、血气指标。结果观察组机械通气时间、ICU入住时间分别为(8.15±1.26)d、(10.26±2.16)d,均显著低于对照组(12.42±2.18)d、(14.25±3.12)d,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);观察组PaO2、PaO2/FiO2分别为(60.41±5.26)kPa、(296.34±7.52)mmHg(1 mmHg=0.133 kPa),均显著高于对照组(54.23±3.21)kPa、(275.26±8.95)mmHg,PaCO2为(13.26±4.92)kPa,显著低于对照组(19.26±5.26)kPa,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论ICU早期肺康复方案用于重症肺部感染患者,能够缩短机械通气时间,减少ICU入住时间,改善血气指标,氧合指数,有利于患者预后康复。Objective To observe the nursing effect of ICU early lung rehabilitation program in patients with severe pulmonary infection.Methods From March 2018 to April 2019,80 patients with severe pulmonary infection in ICU of our hospital were selected as the observation objects.The patients were divided into control group(40 cases)and observation group(40 cases)according to the order of admission.The control group received ICU routine nursing,while the observation group received ICU early lung rehabilitation program.The mechanical ventilation time,ICU stay time,and blood gas indexes were compared between the two groups.Results The mechanical ventilation time and ICU stay time in the observation group were(8.15±1.26)d,(10.26±2.16)d,which were significantly shorter than those in the control group[(12.42±2.18)d,(14.25±3.12)d](both P<0.05).PaO2,PaO2/FiO2 of patients in the observation group were(60.41±5.26)kPa,(296.34±7.52)mmHg(1 mmHg=0.133 kPa),which were significantly higher than those in the control group[(54.23±3.21)kPa,(275.26±8.95)mmHg],PaCO2 of patients in the observation group was(13.26±4.92)kPa,which was lower than that in the control group[(19.26±5.26)kPa](all P<0.05).Conclusion ICU early lung rehabilitation program in patients with severe pulmonary infection can shorten the time of mechanical ventilation and the time of ICU stay,improve the blood gas indexes and oxygenation index,which is beneficial to the prognosis recovery of patients.
