手术室患者期望人文关怀照顾需求的调查研究

摘　　要：目的从手术患者角度探讨其对人文关怀的照顾需求。方法选择2018年8~9月期间5家医院(三家省级甲等综合性医院和两家市级综合性医院)术后第2~3天的197例手术患者作为研究对象,将自制的《手术室患者对手术室护士关怀照顾需求的调查问卷》进行发放、收集及调查分析。结果手术患者对手术室护士的各项护理行为的关怀需求评分均较高,但不同需求的分数又有区别。结论通过手术室护士职业角色定位,构建术中体温管理的规范化流程,延伸至手术患者家属的服务,利用信息技术促进手术患者的安全管理,构建语言的有效沟通,尊重患者隐私,创建品牌的暖心服务文化等各项服务性措施满足手术患者的人文关怀照顾需求,以期提升手术室优质护理水平。Objective To probe into operative patients'demand for humanistic concern and care.Methods From August to September 2018,197 operative patients from 5 hospitals(3 provincial-level grade A comprehensive hospitals and 2 municipal-level comprehensive hospitals)on the 2nd to 3rd day postoperative were selected as the subjects of research.The self-made Questionnaire on Operating Room Patients'Demand for Operating Room Nurses'Concern and Care was distributed to the selected subjects,collected,investigated and analyzed.Results The scores of care demand of operative patients for various nursing behaviors of operating room(OR)nurses were high,but the scores varied with demand.Conclusion Various service measures should be taken to meet operative patients'demand for humanistic concern and care so as to improve the level of OR quality nursing.These measures include the professional role orientation of OR nurses,the construction of standardized procedure for intraoperative temperature management,the service extended to the family members of operative patients,the use of information technology to promote the safety management of operative patients,the establishment of effective lingual communication,the respect for patients'privacy,and the creation of brand-name culture of warm heart service,etc.
