循证护理模式在ICU重症患者留置导尿管护理中对预防尿路感染的作用分析

摘　　要：目的分析在ICU重症患者留置导尿管的护理中应用循证护理模式,对于预防患者尿路感染的临床作用。方法选取我院2019年1~12月收治的100例入住ICU留置尿管的患者进行分析,随机分为两组,对照组患者给予常规护理干预,观察组采用循证护理模式。对比两组患者的住院情况、不良反应总发生率、护理满意度。结果观察组患者住院时间为(6.72±1.04)d,明显短于对照组的(12.47±2.78)d,观察组的住院费用为(39820.12±29.58)元低于对照组的(81505.59±42.27)元(P<0.05);观察组的留置尿管时间为(10.32±1.63)d,对照组的留置尿管时间为(15.61±2.37)d,观察组留置尿管时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者不良事件总发生率为4.00%,对照组为22.00%,观察组不良事件总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的护理满意度为96.00%,高于对照组的78.00%(P<0.05)。结论ICU患者通常都会留置导尿管,其可能导致患者出现感染等情况,而在ICU重症患者留置导尿管护理中,应用循证护理模式,能有效减少脱管的发生,显著缩短患者的住院时间,减少经济费用降低患者的经济压力,且能有效促进留置尿管时间的减少,降低尿路的感染率,取得了较好的护理效果,值得推广应用。Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of evidence-based nursing mode on preventing urinary tract infection in ICU patients with severe condition in nursing of indwelling catheter.Methods A total of 100 ICU patients with indwelling catheter admitted to our hospital from January to December 2019 were selected,analyzed and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.Patients in the control group were given conventional nursing intervention,while patients in the observation group were given evidence-based nursing mode.The hospitalization,total incidence of adverse reactions(ADRs)and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The hospitalization time of the patients in the observation group was(6.72±1.04)d,which was significantly shorter than(12.47±2.78)d in the control group.Meanwhile,the hospitalization expenses of the observation group were(39820.12±29.58)CNY,which was lower than(81505.59±42.27)CNY of the control group(P<0.05).The time of indwelling catheter in the observation group was(10.32±1.63)d,which was significantly shorter than(15.61±2.37)d in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence rate of adverse events in the observation group was 4.00%,which was 22%in the control group.The total incidence of adverse events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 96.00%,which was higher than 78.00%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion There are usually indwelling catheters in ICU patients,which may lead to infection and other situations in patients.For ICU patients with severe condition in the nursing of indwelling catheter,the application of evidence-based nursing mode can effectively reduce the incidence of catheter detachment,significantly shorten the hospitalization time of patients,decrease the economic expenses and reduce the economic pressure of patients.Meanwhile,it can effectively promote the decreasing of the time of indwelling catheter,reduce the infection rate of u
