摘  要:随着煤化工产业的发展,对低变质粘结性煤的研究成为研究者的关注点之一。分别介绍了低变质粘结性煤的预氧化破粘法、溶剂萃取破粘法、添加剂破粘法、催化破粘法和机械破粘法这5种降粘方法,以及其在粘结性煤与配入煤共热解、粘结性煤与其他物质(生物质、废料等)共热解方面的高值化应用。提出了低变质粘结性煤降粘与热解耦合的技术路线,可为低变质粘结性煤在热解方面的应用提供参考。With the development of coal chemical industry,the study on low-rank caking coal has become one of the key concerns of researchers.In this paper,five kinds of methods for caking property destruction of low-rank caking coal were reviewed,including pre-oxidation method,solvent extraction method,additive agent method,catalytic method and mechanical method.The high-value applications of the methods in co-pyrolysis of caking coal with blended coal and other substances(biomass,waste,etc.)were introduced.A coupling technical route of caking property destruction and pyrolysis of low-rank caking coal was proposed,which could provide a technical guidance for the application of low-rank caking coal in pyrolysis.
