摘　　要：阿德福韦酯是目前治疗慢性乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)感染最重要的药物之一,低磷性骨软化症是小剂量阿德福韦酯治疗的潜在不良反应。骨软化症最常见的临床症状是非特异性骨痛和多关节痛,易与各种肌肉骨骼疾病相混淆,导致骨软化症的诊断困难。本文报告了99 Tc m-MDP全身骨显像协助诊断阿德福韦酯相关低磷性骨软化症骨痛患者1例,并辅助了临床治疗方案调整和疗效评估。这个案例表明,99 Tc m-MDP全身骨显像可用于阿德福韦酯相关低磷性骨软化症骨痛患者的筛查,能为疾病的明确诊断、后期治疗方案的调整及疗效评价提供重要信息。Adefovir dipivoxil is one of the most important drugs in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B virus(HBV)infection.Hypophosphatemia osteomalacia is a potential side effect of low-dose adefovir dipivoxil treatment.The most common clinical symptoms of osteomalacia are nonspecific or noncharacteristic bone pain and polyarthralgias,which can be easily confused with various musculoskeletal diseases,and further leading to the difficulty in the diagnosis of osteomalacia.In this paper,we report a case of 99 Tc m-MDP whole-body bone imaging assisting in the diagnosis of adefovir dipivoxil induced hypophosphatemia osteomalacia with diffuse skeletal pain,and the diagnosis information was then used for the adjustment of clinical treatment and evaluation of curative effect.This case shows that 99 Tc m MDP whole-body bone imaging can be used in the screening of patients with adefovir dipivoxil induced hypophosphatemia osteomalacia with diffuse skeletal pain.It can provide an important information for the accurate diagnosis of the disease,as well as the following adjustment of the treatment plan and the evaluation of curative effect.
