摘 要:为促进腐熟玉米秸秆的基质化应用,本文以腐熟的玉米秸秆为研究对象,以菠菜、生菜和东北臭菜3种蔬菜作为试验作物,在温室中开展蔬菜栽培基质筛选试验,调查秸秆腐熟物添加比例对3种蔬菜生长及土壤酶活性的影响。结果表明:按体积比在农田土中添加70%玉米秸秆腐熟物的栽培基质有利于菠菜和东北臭菜的产量形成,添加50%玉米秸秆腐熟物的栽培基质有利于生菜产量形成。随着秸秆腐熟物添加比例的增加,生菜和东北臭菜基质中酶活性逐渐升高,而菠菜基质中的土壤酶活性在处理之间差异不显著。In order to promote the matrix application of rotten maize straw,in this study,the compost straw of maize used as matrix was the research object,spinach,lettuce and Eruca sativa Mill.as experimental crops.This experiments conducted in the greenhouse.The effects of the proportion of straw compost on the growth of three vegetables and soil enzyme activities were investigated.The results showed that the 70%straw compost combined with 30%arable soil according to the volume ratio was beneficial to the yield formation of spinach and Eruca sativa Mill..And 50%of straw compost was conducive to the yield formation of lettuce.Soil enzyme activities in seeding matrix of lettuce and Eruca sativa Mill.showed increased with compost straw of maize adding,then they did show significant difference between treatments of spinach planting.
