乡村振兴视域下农业类高职生基层就业困境研究——以河南省为例

摘　　要：基于乡村振兴视域下,分析了当前实践中农业类高职生面临着基层岗位稀少、基层素质不足、个人认知偏差、环境导向明显的困境,进一步分析了农职生基层就业困境的成因,并从乡村产业、院校专业、就业机制、教学模式4个方面提出了对接路径。The measures for rural revitalization have been put forward in the government report of the third session of the 13th National People’s Congress in 2020.Encouraging agricultural vocational students with unique advantages to choose grassroots employment is a win-win result.However,in current practice,agricultural vocational students are faced with the dilemma of scarce grassroots positions,insufficient grassroots quality,personal cognitive deviation and obvious environmental orientation.From the perspective of rural revitalization,we look for the cause of the dilemma,and propose a docking path from the four aspects of rural industry,college specialty,employment mechanism and teaching model.
