摘 要:介绍了辽化140 wt/a重整-抽提联合装置,连续重整部分是采用UOP最新一代超低压连续重整工艺技术。详述了影响脱戊烷塔底油非芳含量的几个主要因素:重整原料、催化剂性能、重整反应及分馏操作条件、监测设备运行状态,并对影响因素进行了一系列分析及总结。对辽化新旧140万t/a重整装置的原料、液收、脱戊烷塔底油非芳含量及芳产的运行数据进行了对比分析。PLPC 1.4 million t/a Platforming-extraction combined unit was introduced,and CCR platforming section used UOP s latest generation ultra-low pressure CCR platforming process technology.The main factors affecting the non-aromatic content of the stabilizer column bottom oil were described in detail,including reforming raw materials,catalyst performance,reforming reaction and fractionation operating conditions,and monitoring equipment operating status,and a series of analysis and summary of the influencing factors were made.The operating data of raw material,liquid recovery,depentanization bottom oil non-aromatic content and aromatic production of the old and new 1.4 million t/a reformers of PLPC were compared and analyzed.
