摘 要:某火力发电厂超超临界机组主水源为城市再生水,不足和备用水源为水库水,针对城市再生水和水库水的水质特点、以及循环冷却水工况及水质要求,综合全厂水量平衡,经过循环水处理系统多方案的技术经济比较。结果表明:循环冷却水采用补充水石灰软化处理和循环水旁流石灰软化处理的方案具有运行安全可靠、投资省和运行费用低等优点,可保证循环水处理系统的安全经济运行。The main water source of ultra supercritical unit in a fossil fuel power plant is urban reclaimed water,and the insufficient and standby water source is reservoir water.According to the water quality characteristics of urban reclaimed water and reservoir water,as well as circulating cooling water conditions and water quality requirements,compared the water balance of the whole plant,the technical and economic comparison of several schemes of circulating water treatment system was discussed.The results indicated that the scheme of lime softening treatment for make-up water and side-stream lime softening treatment for circulating water had the advantages of safe and reliable operation,low investment and low operating cost,which can ensure the safe and economic operation of circulating water treatment system.
