摘  要:利用2,6-二甲酰基对甲苯酚和2-肼基苯并噻唑设计合成了一种简单高效的荧光探针T,该探针具有AIE性能且对锌离子有高效的识别作用.通过1H-NMR、13C-NMR对其进行了结构表征.在DMSO∶HEPS=6∶4的体系下加入探针T,再依次加入各种金属阳离子,观察到只有在加入Zn2+后,有显著的荧光增强现象,其他离子均无明显变化.说明探针T对Zn2+表现出出色的诱导开启式荧光,且检测限可以达到5.16×10-6 M,具有高灵敏度和良好的识别效果.In this paper,2,6-diformyl-p-cresol and 2-hydrazinobenzothiazole were used to design and synthe⁃size a simple and efficient fluorescent probe T,which had AIE performance and high efficiency of identifying zinc ions.The structure was characterized by 1H-NMR and 13C-NMR.The probe T added to the solvent system of DMSO∶HEPS=6∶4,then various cations were added in turn.It was observed that after the addition of Zn2+,there was a significant fluorescence enhancement,and no other ions changed significantly.The probe exhibit excellent Zn2+induced turn-on fluorescence,and the detection limit could reach 5.16×10-6 M,which had high sensitivity and good recognition effect.
