摘  要:基于7个表型性状对河南省自然分布的15个狗牙根居群的表型遗传变异及其与环境因子的关系进行研究,结果表明狗牙根供试性状总的变异系数从大到小依次为草层高度(40.18%)>匍匐茎叶长(36.46%)>节间长(33.20%)>直立茎叶长(32.77%)>匍匐茎叶宽(31.81%)>直立茎叶宽(28.57%)>节间直径(27.27%);平均表型分化系数为31.36%,表明表型变异主要来源于居群内;表型性状间的相关分析表明,6对性状存在极显著相关关系,4对性状存在显著相关关系;表型性状及表型遗传距离与各环境因子的相关分析均表明,年降水量和纬度与狗牙根表型变异显著相关;基于表型性状的居群间聚类分析结果将15个居群分为4组,Mantel检验结果表明各居群间的遗传距离与地理距离之间不存在相关关系。Based on seven phenotypic traits,the phenotypic variation of 15 Cynodon dactylon populations in Henan Province and its relationship with environmental factors were investigated.The results showed that the variation coefficient of C.dactylon was as follows:canopy height(40.18%)>stolon leaf length(36.46%)>internode length(33.20%)>erect stem leaf length(32.77%)>stolon leaf width(31.81%)>erect stem leaf width(28.57%)>internode diameter(27.27%).The average phenotypic differentiation coefficient was 31.36%,indicating that the phenotypic variation mainly existed in the population.The correlation analysis of phenotypic traits showed that 6 pairs of traits had extremely significant correlation,and 4 pairs of traits had significant correlation.The correlation analysis of phenotypic traits,phenotypic genetic distance and environmental factors showed that annual precipitation and latitude were significantly correlated with phenotypic variation of C.dactylon.Fifteen populations could be divided into 4 groups based on clustering analysis of phenotypic traits.The Mantel test showed that there was no significant relationship between genetic and geographic distance.
