摘 要:以4,4′-二溴二苯甲酮为原料,经缩合反应、Sonogashira偶联等反应合成了化合物3;以三联吡啶与四氯铂酸钾等为原料合成了化合物5;化合物5与化合物3通过Cu(I)催化的脱氯化氢反应得到目标化合物6,产率48%,其结构经1H NMR,13C NMR和HR-MS(ESI)表征。吸收光谱和荧光光谱研究结果表明:化合物3在四氢呋喃/水体系中具有明显的AIE现象;而化合物6在二甲基亚砜/二氯甲烷体系中,随着二氯甲烷含量的增加荧光先增强后淬灭。The compound 3 was synthesized from 4,4′-dibromobenzophenone by condensation reaction and Sonogashira coupling reaction. 2′,6′,2′′-terpyridine-4,4′,4′′-tricarboxylic acid and potassium tetrachloroplatinate(Ⅱ) to afford the compound 5 by metal coordination and ion exchange reaction. Then the compound 3 was treated with the compound 5 to give the compound 6 in 48% yield through copper(Ⅰ)-catalyzed dehydrohalogenation reaction. The compound 6 was characterized by 1H NMR, 13C NMR and HR-MS(ESI). The effects of aggregation-induced emission(AIE) of 3 and 6 were studied by UV-Vis absorption spectrum and fluorescence spectrum. The results showed that the compound 3 was AIE-active. The fluorescence intensity of the compound 6 increased and then quenched with increasing CH2Cl2 content in DMSO.
