摘 要:煤炭资源开采挖掘过程中所产生的矿井粉尘,严重制约煤炭开采的安全生产.为了降低开采工作过程中所产生的煤尘浓度、提高泡沫降尘剂的降尘能力,采用对比试验法测定了增稠型煤矿泡沫降尘剂的发泡能力,并用改进的Ross-Miles法测定了其发泡性能及稳泡性能,使用水膜浮选法测定了其润湿性能,最终得出发泡效率高、稳定时间长且润湿性能好的最佳试验方案,其最大发泡率为18.72倍,并通过现场应用测得全尘平均降尘率为96.21%。Mine dust generated during the mining and excavation of coal resources has seriously affected the safety and health of miners.In order to reduce the dust density generated during coal mining and improve the dust-reducing efficiency of the foam dust-reducing agent,the foaming capacity of the thickened coal mine foam dust-reducing agent was studied by a comparative test method,and its development was studied using the improved Ross-Miles method.The foaming performance and foam stabilizing performance were determined by the water film flotation method,and finally the best test plan with high foaming efficiency,long stability time and good wetting performance was obtained.The maximum foaming rate was 18.72,and the average dust reduction rate of total dust measured by field application is 96.21%.
