军用工程机械内燃机维修问题及控制措施探究

摘　　要：随着强军步伐的不断推进,军用工程机械在国防施工中发挥了重要的作用,但是工程机械施工环境恶略,日常维修保养不及时,内燃机在使用过程中会出现不可避免的故障,要求操作手和修理工能够及时发现内燃机故障,并做好维修保养工作,确保内燃机能够正常使用。因此,本文在研究内燃机机械维修重要性的基础上对其常见问题进行分析,并提出合理有效的控制措施,希望能满足工程机械内燃机日常使用的要求,延长机械的使用寿命。With the continuous advancement of the strengthening of the army,military construction machinery has played an important role in national defense constructors.However,the construction environment of construction machinery is bad,daily maintenance is not timely,and internal combustion engines will have inevitable failures during use.Operators and repairmen are required to detect internal combustion engine failures in time,and do maintenance work to ensure that the internal combustion engine can be used normally.Therefore,this article analyzes its common problems on the basis of studying the importance of internal combustion engine mechanical maintenance,and proposes reasonable and effective control measures,hoping to meet the requirements of the daily use of construction machinery internal combustion engines and prolong the service life of the machinery.
