摘 要:现阶段,随着我国科技水平的不断提升,自动化技术更加成熟,自动化焊接设备随之出现,并实现了机械制造领域中的高效应用。将自动化焊接设备应用于工程机械制造中,能够更好的保障机械制造效率及质量,提升焊接工艺精度,助推工程机械制造业自动化发展。本文首先概述了自动化焊接设备的特点;其次分析了自动化焊接设备的应用优势;接着分析了自动化焊接设备在工程机械制造中的具体应用;最后探讨了自动化焊接设备在工程机械制造领域的应用发展趋势。At present,with the continuous improvement of China's scientific and technological level,automation technology is more mature,and automatic welding equipment appears,which has achieved efficient application in the field of mechanical manufacturing.The application of automatic welding equipment in construction machinery manufacturing can better guarantee the efficiency and quality of machinery manufacturing,improve the precision of welding process and promote the automation development of construction machinery manufacturing industry.Firstly,this paper summarizes the characteristics of automatic welding equipment.Secondly,the application advantages of automatic welding equipment are analyzed.Then the specific application of automatic welding equipment in construction machinery manufacturing is analyzed.Finally,the application and development trend of automatic welding equipment in the field of construction machinery manufacturing is discussed.
