摘 要:设计了一种高效率高压开关电源,可以应用在高电压、低电流器件中,如行波管、磁控管等。该电源电路设计主要包括全桥逆变电路、高频升压变压器、倍压整流电路以及控制电路。为了实现开关管的软开关,有效减少开关损耗,选用了一种零电压开关移相全桥变换拓扑电路。引入了计算机辅助设计,通过电路仿真优化参数,实现了开关管的软开关,缩短了设计周期。最后搭建了原理样机,在很宽负载范围内实现了零电压开关,满载时效率大于95%。A high-efficiency high-voltage switching power supply was designed.It could be used in high-voltage and low-current devices,such as traveling wave tubes,magnetrons and so on.The power supply circuit design mainly included a full-bridge inverter circuit,a high-frequency set-up transformer,a multiple-voltage circuit and a control circuit.In order to realize the soft switching of the switch tube and effectively reduce the switching loss,a zerovoltage switching(ZVS)phase-shifted full-bridge conversion topology circuit was selected.Computer-aided design was introduced,the parameters were optimized through circuit simulation to achieve soft switching of the switch tube,and the design cycle was shortened.Finally,the principle prototype was built,and the zero voltage switch was realized in a wide load range,and the efficiency was greater than 95%at full load.
