摘　　要：近十年来,安徽省地质找矿取得了辉煌的成就,累计新增大中型矿床93处。作者参与了这些大中型矿床的勘查和发现。本文从选项、科学设计、区域对比及成矿理论对比,扎实的野外地质工作及有效的方法手段、政策机制和制度保障以及高效监管团队等六个方面总结了安徽省大中型矿床的勘查发现经验和启示。For the past ten years,great achievements have been made in mineral exploration in Anhui Province,and 93 new large and medium-sized deposits have been found in this period.The authors took part in the exploration and discovery of these deposits.This paper summarizes the experience in exploration and discovery of large and medium-sized deposits in Anhui Province and the enlightenment from six aspects:project selection,scientific design,regional comparison and metallogenic theory comparison,solid field geological work and effective methods and means,policy mechanism and institutional guarantee,and efficient supervision team.
