摘  要:为了比较研究渗透压法和非水滴定法测定一次性使用人体静脉血样采集容器中柠檬酸钠含量的方法。本文分别从线性范围、精密度、重复性、稳定性、回收率试验等方面对2种测定方法进行比较研究。2种检测方法均具有较高的回收率和精密度,能够比较准确地测定采血容器中柠檬酸钠含量。但由于采血容器材质的影响,会导致渗透压结果升高,引起柠檬酸钠溶液浓度的升高,综合比较滴定法优于渗透压法。In order to compare and study the method of osmotic pressure method and non-aqueous titration method to determine the content of sodium citrate in disposable human venous blood sample collection container.This paper compares the two measurement methods from the aspects of linear range,precision,repeatability,stability,and recovery test.Both detection methods have high recovery rate and precision,and can accurately determine the content of sodium citrate in the blood collection container.However,due to the influence of the material of the blood collection container,the result of osmotic pressure will increase and the concentration of sodium citrate solution will increase.The comprehensive comparative titration method is better than the osmotic pressure method.
