摘　　要：为了比较3个不同国产乙肝病毒(HBV)DNA实时荧光定量聚合酶链式反应(PCR)检测试剂盒与国际标准HBV DNA检测试剂盒定量检测结果,评价不同国产HBV DNA检测试剂盒的优劣性,本文分析了3种国产HBV DNA检测试剂盒检测结果的准确性,并分析与国际标准品HBV DNA检测试剂盒检测结果的差异性和相关性。结果显示,3种不同国产的HBV DNA检测试剂盒准确性良好,并与国际标准品HBV DNA检测试剂盒在检测区间20~1.7×10^8 IU/mL内均具有较好的相关性和一致性,具有临床参考意义。In order to compare the quantitative detection results of three different domestic hepatitis B virus(HBV)DNA real-time fluorescent quantitative PCR detection kits and international standard HBV DNA detection kits,to evaluate the pros and cons of different domestic HBV DNA detection kits,this paper analyzes the accuracy of the detection results of 3 domestic HBV DNA detection kits,and analyzes the differences and correlations between the detection results of the international standard HBV DNA detection kits.The results show that the accuracy of the three different domestic HBV DNA detection kits is good,and they have good correlation and consistency with the international standard HBV DNA detection kit in the detection range of 20~1.7×10^8 IU/mL.It has clinical reference significance.
