结核感染T细胞试验在尘肺合并肺结核临床快速诊断中的价值探析

摘　　要：为了分析结核感染T细胞试验在尘肺合并肺结核临床快速诊断中的价值,本文选取30例尘肺合并肺结核患者,患者接受T细胞试验和结核抗体试验2种检验方式,一组为对照组采取结核抗体试验,一组为试验组采取T细胞试验。对患者检验后的阳性率、敏感度和检验时间进行比较分析。试验组尘肺合并肺结核患者的阳性率和敏感度高于对照组,试验组检验时间与对照组对比差异没有统计学意义。以T细胞试验对尘肺合并肺结核患者进行检验有利于检验准确性的提升,检验时间较短,T细胞试验在临床对尘肺合并肺结核患者的检验中具有推广价值。In order to analyze the value of the tuberculosis infection T cell test in the rapid clinical diagnosis of pneumoconiosis complicated with pulmonary tuberculosis,this paper selects 30 patients with pneumoconiosis complicated with pulmonary tuberculosis,and the patients receive T cell test and tuberculosis antibody test.One group is the control group and takes tuberculosis antibody test and one group is the test group to take T cell test to compare and analyze the positive rate,sensitivity and test time of patients after the test.The positive rate of patients with pneumoconiosis and tuberculosis in the test group and sensitivity are higher than that of the control group.There is no statistically significant difference in the test time between the test group and the control group.The use of T cell test to test patients with pneumoconiosis and tuberculosis is beneficial to improve the accuracy of the patient's test,and the test time is shorter.T cell test has promotion value in clinical testing of pneumoconiosis and tuberculosis patients.
