肝硬化患者肝功能检验的临床价值及准确率分析

摘　　要：为了研究肝硬化患者肝功能检验的临床价值及准确率,本文选取在福建省厦门市第三医院就诊的肝硬化患者和健康体检者共86例,分为观察组(46例)和对照组(40例),对其进行肝功能检查,对比2组肝功能指标。使用Chil-Pugh分级对观察组进行分类,对比不同分级患者的肝功能指标。结果显示,肝功能检查准确率44例(95.7%),对比病理分级差异没有统计学意义(P>0.05)。2组患者肝功能指标对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。3组不同分级肝硬化患者肝功能指标对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。肝硬化患者肝功能指标可以反应病情严重程度,通过检测患者肝功能指标可预测患者病情进展,具有重要临床价值。In order to study the clinical value and accuracy of liver function tests in patients with cirrhosis,in this paper,a total of 86 patients with liver cirrhosis and healthy subjects who are treated at Xiamen Third Hospital in Fujian are selected and divided into observation group(46 cases)and control group(40 cases).Liver function tests are given to all patients,and the liver function of the two groups is compared.The results show that the accuracy rate of liver function examination is 95.7%,and there is no statistical significance in comparing the pathological classification(P>0.05).There is a statistically significant difference in liver function indexes between the two groups(P<0.05).There is a statistically significant difference in the liver function indexes of the three groups of patients with different grades of cirrhosis(P<0.05).The liver function indexes of patients with liver cirrhosis can reflect the severity of the disease,and the patient's liver function indexes can be used to predict the patient's disease progression,which has important clinical value.
