马里兰大学生物医药孵化器对我国医学院校药学人才培养的启示

摘　　要：生物医药孵化器可助推医学院校的校企融合,对培养药学人才的实践能力、创新能力及沟通能力等均发挥了越来越重要的作用。笔者介绍了马里兰大学生物医药孵化器的一些先进理念和创新做法。结合所在学校药学类人才培养的基本现状,从校企横向合作、教学科研平台、附属医院协同、地方孵化基地、创新创业教育及科研兴趣小组六个方面对医学院校的药学人才培养提出一些建议,以期为高等医学教育的高质量发展提供参考。Biomedical incubators can promote the integration of medical colleges and enterprises,and play an increasingly important role on cultivating the practical ability,innovation ability and communication ability of pharmaceutical talents.Some advanced ideas and innovative practices of biomedical incubator of the University of Maryland are introduced.According to the basic status of pharmaceutical talent cultivation in authors’college,some suggestions on the pharmaceutical talent cultivation for medical colleges and universities are presented,from six aspects such as school enterprise cooperation,teaching and research platform,cooperation of affiliated hospital,local incubation base,innovation and entrepreneurship education and scientific research interest groups,which maybe provide some references for the high quality development of high medical education in China.
