摘 要:目的探讨“雨课堂+工作坊”在本科5年制临床医学生骨科临床见习教学中的应用效果。方法选取2019年12月-2020年6月,在我科参加临床见习的本校2015级5年制临床医学专业7班和8班学生,随机分为实验组和对照组,每组均为60人。实验组应用“雨课堂+工作坊”的参与式教学模式授课,对照组则应用传统骨科教学模式授课。结果“雨课堂+工作坊”的参与式教学实验组在理论考试成绩、操作考试成绩及总成绩上显著高于传统教学对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在教学满意度评价上,实验组6项指标评比显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用“雨课堂+工作坊”的参与式教学应用于本科5年制临床医学生骨科临床见习中,有助于加强师生间的交流,培养学生团队合作能力,激发学生的学习兴趣,培养学生的自学能力和临床思维能力,提高教学质量。可为今后骨科临床教学模式探索提供参考。Objective To explore the application effect of“Rain Classroom+Workshop”in the teaching of orthopedics clinical probation for undergraduate students in 5-year clinical medicine.Methods Selected from December 2019 to June 2020,students in our school’s 20155-year clinical medicine majors in classes 7 and 8 who participated in clinical internships in our department were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,each group was 60 people.The experimental group used“Rain Classroom+Workshop”participatory teaching,while the control group used traditional orthopedics teaching methods.Results The participatory teaching experiment group of“Rain Classroom+Workshop”was significantly higher than the traditional teaching control group in theoretical test scores,operational test scores and total scores,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the evaluation of teaching satisfaction,the evaluation of 6 indicators in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The participatory teaching of“Rain Classroom+Workshop”is used in the undergraduate 5-year clinical medicine students in the orthopedic clinical probation,which helps to strengthen the communication between teachers and students,cultivate students’teamwork ability,stimulate students’interest in learning,and cultivate Students’self-learning ability and clinical thinking improve the quality of teaching.It can provide reference for future exploration of orthopedics clinical teaching mode.
