饲粮添加百合渣对三黄肉鸡生产性能、屠宰性能的影响

摘　　要：本试验采用不同添加比例的百合渣替代部分玉米,以确定百合渣在三黄肉鸡日粮中的适宜添加比例。选择240只25日龄雌性健康三黄肉鸡随机分为4组,每组3个重复,每个重复20只鸡。用百合渣分别替代饲粮中0(对照组)、5.00%(试验Ⅰ组)、10.00%(试验Ⅱ组)、15.00%(试验Ⅲ组)的玉米。试验预试期10 d,正试期42d,试验结束后测定三黄肉鸡生产性能及屠宰性能。结果表明:在35日龄时的各组三黄肉鸡体重差异不显著(P>0.05),在77日龄时的试验Ⅱ组和Ⅲ组极显著高于对照组(P<0.01),试验期间平均日采食量各组差异不显著(P>0.05),平均日增重试验Ⅱ组和Ⅲ组极显著高于对照组(P<0.01),分别比对照组高4.41g和4.10g,料重比最低为试验Ⅲ组;试验Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组和Ⅲ组的宰前活重、全净膛重、半净膛重、全净膛率和半净膛率与对照组相比,差异均不显著(P>0.05)。In order to determine the suitable proportion of lily residue in daily diet of sanhuang chicken,different proportion of lily residue was used to replace some corn.Select 24025-year-old female healthy sanhuang chicken randomly divided into 4 groups,3 repeats in each group,each repeating 20 chickens.Instead of corn,0(control group),5.00%(test group Ⅰ),10.00%(test group Ⅱ),15.00%(test group Ⅲ)were used.Test pretest period 10d,trial period 42d,after the test to determine the production and slaughter performance of sanhuang chicken.The results showed that there was no significant difference in weight(P>0.05)in each group of sanhuang chicken at the age of 35,and the test group Ⅱ and Ⅲ groups at the age of 77 were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.01).During the test period,there was no significant difference in the average daily intake(P>0.05),and the average increasing weight test group Ⅱ and Ⅲ were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.01),which were 4.41 g and 4.10 g higher than the control group,respectively.The minimum material weight ratio is test group Ⅲ;In the test groups Ⅰ,Ⅱ,and Ⅲ,there was no significant difference between the slaughter weight,the total clearance weight,the semi-purification weight,the total clearance ratio,and the semi-purification ratio of the test group(P>0.05).
