湖北鄂州市春季养禽高致病禽流感免疫效果监测

摘　　要：H5及H7型禽流感是目前养禽业主要免疫的两种高致病性流感病毒亚型,对养殖业危害很大。动物疫苗接种是预防和控制高致病性流感发生的有效措施。为了解湖北省鄂州市H5及H7型禽流感二联苗的免疫效果,按照国家标准采用血凝抑制试验对全市采集养禽场(户)的729份血液样品分别进行H5、H7型禽流感抗体实验室检测。检测结果显示,H5、H7型禽流感抗体检测中,免疫合格的分别为706份、716份,两者抗体水平合格率分别达到96.84%、98.21%,均符合国家免疫要求。H5 and H7 Avian Influenza viruses are two kinds of highly pathogenic influenza virus subtypes that are mainly immunized in poultry industry at present,which do great harm to poultry.Animal vaccination is an effective measure to prevent and control the occurrence of Highly Pathogenic Avian Influenza.In order to comprehend the immune effect of H5 and H7 Avian Influenza combined vaccine in Ezhou city,Hubei province,according to the national standard,the hemagglutination inhibition assay was used to detect H5 and H7 avian influenza antibody in 729 blood samples collected from poultry farms.The results showed that 706 of H5 and 716 of H7 avian influenza antibody were qualified,and the qualified rates of the two antibody levels were 96.84% and 98.21% respectively,which met the national immunization requirements.
