摘  要:随着猪人工授精技术在我国畜牧业中的的广泛使用,精液保存技术也成为畜牧业生产实践中关注的重点。与其他方法相比,常温保存精液是进行猪人工授精的首要选择。本文从猪人工授精技术的研究进展,猪常温保存技术的研究现状以及常温保存下稀释液的成分进行综述,以期为猪精液常温保存的推广应用提供一定参考。With the widespread use of pig artificial insemination technology in animal husbandry in China,semen preservation technology has also become the focus of attention in animal husbandry production practice.Compared with other methods,preservation of semen at room temperature is the first choice for artificial insemination of pigs.In this paper,the research progress of artificial insemination technology in pigs,the research status of pig preservation technology at room temperature and the composition of dilution solution under room temperature preservation are reviewed.It is expected to be a reference for the wide spread of boar essence preservation at room temperature.
