依法查处违法生产销售猪精液案件的体会与思考

摘　　要：为切实加强生猪种质资源管理,有效防范动物疫病的垂直传播。2019年1月我县对一起未取得种畜禽生产经营许可证生产经营猪精液案进行了立案查处,通过外围调查案件线索、现场调查取证、销售情况梳理,对其处以了3000元的罚款,并没收违法所得800元,有效震慑了违法行为,规范了全县的生猪精液生产销售秩序。In January 2019,in order to strengthen the management of pig germplasm resources and effectively prevent the vertical transmission of animal diseases,a case of pig semen production and operation without a breeding livestock and poultry production and operation license was put on file and investigated in our county.Through the external investigation case clues,on-site investigation and evidence collection,and the sales situation,it was fined 3000 yuan and the illegal income was confiscated of 800 yuan,which effectively deterred the illegal behavior and standardized the production and sales order of pig semen in the whole county.
