甘谷县当前生猪调运中逃避检疫的主要原因及对策

摘　　要：自2018年8月以来,全国各地相继发生非洲猪瘟疫情,其传播途径和方式错综复杂,为有效控制非洲猪瘟的扩散和蔓延,采取了一系列防控措施,不断加强生猪调运监督检查和处罚力度,严格落实生猪调运检疫监管、运输车辆备案和非洲猪瘟PCR检测报告等要求,有效阻止的了非洲猪瘟疫情进一步传播,防控工作取得了一定的成效。但给生猪调运造成了较大的困难,生猪价格差距较大,部分地区猪肉供需失衡,跨省调运生猪逃避检疫的行为时有发生。本文就当前生猪调运中逃避检疫的原因及对策进行分析和探讨。Since August 2018,African Swine Fever(ASF)has occurred in various parts of the country,and its transmission route and mode are complex.In order to effectively control the spread and spread of ASF,a series of prevention and control measures have been taken.Supervision and inspection and punishment of pig transportation have been continuously strengthened,and the requirements of pig transportation and quarantine supervision,transportation vehicle filing and PCR detection report for ASF are strictly implemented.It has prevented the further spread of ASF,and the prevention and control work has achieved certain results.However,it has caused great difficulties in pig transportation.The pig price gap is large,the pork supply and demand imbalance in some regions,and the behavior of trans provincial transportation of pig escaping quarantine often occurs.This paper analyzes and discusses the reasons and countermeasures of escaping quarantine in pig transportation.
